Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
